Cerebral cortical thickness analysis provides a significant tool to diagnose the status of epilepsy and related neurological degeneration. The current practice is to store pathological and other health-related information in the cloud for convenient distribution over the associated community of users. When a large set of neuroimaging information along with cortical thickness data is stored in the cloud, the privacy of the data is secured using a suitable encryption scheme. This paper presents a new order-preserving encryption scheme that provides privacy for the cortical thickness data and computes its relevant order-related parameters (like, maximum, minimum, median, etc.) in the cipher domain.
