The Social Rehabilitation Center for Narcotics Abuse Victims acts to accommodate the recovery of narcotics addicts through outpatient rehabilitation efforts by nurses, doctors, psychologists, and social and psychosocial workers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the social behavior of outpatients with narcotics addiction after undergoing a program at a rehabilitation center. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. A qualitative approach is used to analyze the social behavior of patients with narcotic dependence by using the Stimulus Organism Response theory proposed by Skinner with the client's reactions to external stimuli to know the importance of the environment in forming behavior.
